Preparation :
Check that the machine is in working order and make sure all parts are installed securely.
Prepare the items and labels that need to be labeled, and make sure that the size of the labels is appropriate for the requirements of the machine.
Adjust the parameter settings of the machine, such as speed, labeling position, etc., to suit the items that need to be labeled.
Commissioning the machine :
Adjustment of belt pressing mechanism: The height of the belt is adjusted to be 3mm lower than the product to be pasted.
Adjustment of shaping mechanism: the forming belt is centered on the pressure belt, the width of the pressure belt is just enough to clamp the bottle mouth, and the height is adjusted to the center of gravity of the workpiece.
Adjustment of the electric eye of the measurement object: for square products, the vertical angle distance between the electric eyes is about 3mm; For curved products, the tangential distance between the electric eye and the angle is about 3mm.
Adjustment of the header: Adjust the angle of the header so that it forms a cutting angle with the workpiece being pasted, the distance is 3-5mm, and the marking plate is perpendicular to the workpiece being pasted.
Double-ended adjustment: Aligns the front and back sides with the position on opposite sides of the target plate.
Bid test: The length of the standard is 2-5 mm longer than the standard board, and the deviation of the stop position of each test does not exceed 0.2 mm.
Adjustment of the side guardrails: the bottles are conveyed to the forming mechanism located in the center.

Put the label into the label inlet of the double-sided labeling machine to ensure that the label can be recognized by the machine properly.
Start Labelling :
Place the items to be labeled on the labeling table, turn on the switch of the machine, start the machine, and start the labeling operation after the machine is running stably.
Check the labelling effect:
Check whether the labeling effect meets the requirements, whether the label is in the correct position, whether there are air bubbles and other problems, and if necessary, you can adjust the machine or re-label.
