(1) Do not use cleaning tools that may damage the surface of the machine.
(2) Do not use corrosive plastic utensils.
(3) Do not use acidic solutions.
2. Regular inspection and maintenance of the round bottle labeling machine: The machine should be inspected regularly to maintain normal operation, including but not limited to the following aspects.
(1) Clean up discarded paper scraps and debris.
(2) Remove residual oil on the photosensitive drum and edge.
(3) Clean the sensor lens with a soft brush or cloth.
(4) Replace the fuse regularly. This round bottle labeling machine uses AC power. Use a fuse to prevent overload.
(5) For rust prevention, spray anti-rust oil on stainless steel and iron parts and wipe them gently with a soft cloth. It is recommended to use OM-40 anti-rust oil.
(6) After each replacement of the primary and medium efficiency filters, the inner wall panels, fans, heaters, coolers and diffusers of the air conditioning unit should be thoroughly cleaned and dust, dirt and oil should be wiped off. Then install the primary and medium efficiency filters.
(7) The inside of the system should be cleaned once every two weeks. First wipe the inside with a damp cloth, then use a dry cloth to clean it thoroughly.
(8) When replacing the high efficiency filter, wipe the four frames and the surrounding area where the filter is installed with a clean damp cloth and repeat three times. Please install the high efficiency filter immediately after wiping. The high efficiency filter should be unpacked on site and installed immediately after inspection to prevent dust from falling into the filter.
