Round Bottle Labeling Machine Adjustment and Daily Maintenance and Care

Nov 20, 2025 Leave a message

The round bottle labeling machine features advanced functions, simple operation, a compact structure, a wide range of applications, and strong adaptability for multiple uses. The entire machine is constructed of S304 stainless steel. It utilizes photoelectric detection, PLC control, and touch-screen software operation, resulting in accurate and precise labeling. It also features features such as no labeling if no object is present and an automatic alarm if no label is present. The screw-adjusted pressing mechanism ensures bubble- and wrinkle-free labeling, making it suitable for cylindrical objects such as glass and plastic bottles. Custom tapered objects are available.

Round Bottle Labeling Machine Adjustment and Daily Maintenance and Care:

Machine operation is generally performed with the power supply connected and the relevant movements adjusted manually.

1. Conveyor Mechanism: Adjust the conveyor mechanism to ensure smooth delivery of products to and from the labeling position. Generally, products are placed on both sides of the conveyor mechanism for adjustment. Refer to the relevant sections in the adjustment section for operation instructions. The conveyor adjustment method for the labeling and receiving areas is the same.

2. Labeling Position Adjustment: Place the product to be labeled under the peeling plate. Adjust the labeling head up and down, and forward and backward, to ensure the label peeling area is aligned with the labeling position. Adjust the guide mechanism to ensure the label is applied to the designated location on the product. Use a combination of these two methods to adjust the labeling position.

3. Labeling Position Adjustment: Use the sensor to detect the label in advance or later to control the order of label delivery. Use the label delivery delay to control the order of label delivery. Use the label stop delay to control the extension length of the second label. Use a combination of these three methods to adjust the label to the correct labeling position.

I. Maintenance and Cleaning

1. Replace the fuse. This device uses AC power; a fuse is required to prevent overload.

2. Cleaning the mechanism. For the friction roller cleaning mechanism, use alcohol to clean the mechanical parts that need cleaning. For the electrical box, use a commercial neutral cleaning solution.

Cleaning Precautions:

l. Do not use cleaning tools that may damage the mechanical surface.

l. Do not use corrosive plastic utensils.

l. Do not use acidic solvents.

3. Routine Maintenance

This labeling machine is designed for easy adjustment, but you still need to regularly check to ensure the web is feeding correctly (even after repeated use).

Depending on the environment, you may need to perform periodic inspections to maintain proper operation.

Clean away discarded paper scraps and debris.

Remove oil residue from the rollers and edges.

Clean the sensor lens with a soft brush or cloth.

4. Maintenance

This labeling machine's parts are chrome-plated for rust resistance, but you still need to take precautions during storage. Spray all stainless steel and iron parts with anti-rust oil and gently rub them evenly with a soft cloth. {Ohm-40 Anti-Rust Oil}

Notes for Round Bottle Labeling Machine:

1. Before plugging the machine in, ensure the power switch is in the "Off" position and then operate according to the instructions.

2. When the machine is not in use for an extended period, wipe it clean with a dry cloth. Do not use corrosive cleaners.

3. Do not allow liquids to splash into the machine's electrical box to prevent corrosion or short-circuiting of internal components.

4. Check the equipment and material models, specifications, and quantities according to the equipment packing list to ensure they meet the design and product standards.

5. Inspect the equipment's exterior for deformation, damage, and rust, and ensure all rotating shafts rotate freely without any binding.

Round bottle labeling machines are primarily suitable for labeling products with circular or small conical surfaces. They primarily accept self-adhesive labels, self-adhesive films, electronic monitoring codes, and barcodes. They are widely used in the pharmaceutical, daily chemical, electronics, hardware, plastics, and cosmetics industries, such as labeling oral liquids, vials, laundry detergent, and shampoo. These machines offer high stability and enhance product aesthetics and competitiveness, making them highly sought after by manufacturers. Round bottle labeling machines are widely used in modern industrial society, particularly in the pharmaceutical, daily chemical, food, beverage, electronics, battery, petrochemical, medical, card, and pharmaceutical industries.
