1. Adjustment of the infeed starwheel, the outgoing starwheel and the infeed screw rod.
(1) When adjusting the incoming and outgoing starwheels and incoming screw rods, the bottle head of the labeling machine shall prevail. First of all, adjust the starwheel of the incoming bottle, when the head of the bottle is just overwhelmed by the bottle, adjust the incoming starwheel so that the bottle is located in the middle of the groove of the starwheel;
(2) Adjustment of the bottle feeding screw: when the bottle is located in the middle of the groove of the bottle feeding star wheel, adjust the screw rod so that the bottle feeding side of the screw rod is close to the bottle but does not produce displacement.
(3) Adjustment of the starwheel of the bottle: when the head of the bottle is just lifted, adjust the starwheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the starwheel.
2. Adjustment of the brushing device
(1) The center of the standard brush is aligned with the label and the two sides are symmetrical;
(2) The standard brush is perpendicular to the surface of the container;
(3) The overlapping gap of the brush sweeping container is: 10mm~15mm for a single brush, and 5mm~10mm for a combined brush;
(4) The position of the cleaning brush from the sponge is 1mm~2mm.
3. Adjustment of the label box
(1) The center line of the standard box, the central axis of the label station is tangent to the label paper, the central axis of the standard plate is formed into a line at three points, the tangent between the standard plate and the label paper is adjusted (0 distance), and then the standard box can be moved closer to 1mm~2mm;
(2) The gap between the label paper and the strip on both sides of the label box should be between 0.8mm-1mm, and the gap is too large to cause the label paper to move in the label box, and the oblique mark appears, and the gap is too small to cause the label to be pushed poorly;
(3) Adjustment of the position of the label box grasping hook: the upper and lower, left and right grasping hooks are on the same vertical plane and evenly difficult on the label paper, then the label can be grasped smoothly;
(4) Adjustment of the label supply roller: when there is no label, the label pressing plate can be pressed to the front end of the label box and when the label is installed, the label near the label hook finger can not be crushed.
