The carbon dioxide laser coding machine uses CO2 gas as the medium to complete product marking.

CO2 gas is filled in the laser tube of each machine, and electrode plates are configured to generate discharge.

The electrode plate is connected to an external power source, allowing high-frequency power to be applied as an excitation source. Due to the discharge between the electrodes, plasma is generated in the gas, and CO2 molecules will transform into excited states. As the quantity increases, they begin to be stimulated and radiated.

In addition, in order to oscillate light back and forth, a pair of mirror surfaces are set up to form a resonator. Light will travel back and forth between the total reflection mirror and the output mirror, and after amplification, it will be output as laser.

Laser performs "thermal processing" on the surface of the product, burning out edited identification content or printing variable data information through online communication.
